Tangible Healing Power 1

Tangible Power

The power of God is tangible. This means that the supernatural power of God may be discernable to the senses, especially to the touch.

When someone touched Jesus, they felt it, and Jesus felt it. Jesus said, “Somebody touched Me, for I perceived power going out from Me” (Luke 8:46, NKJV.)

The NLT says, “Someone deliberately touched me, for I felt healing power go out from me.”

On another occasion, as Jesus was teaching, “… the power of the Lord was present to heal them” (Luke 5:17, NKJV.) The very atmosphere was charged with power.

This power was perceivable and discernible. This power was tangible.

This is the power that heals the sick – it is the tangible healing power of God.

In this book, we will investigate multiple occasions in the Scriptures of where this happened, learning something from each of them. We will also see examples in history, modern times, and in the ministry of the author.
